    A recent complaint about dangerous driving in the area of Andrea Drive and Russell Road resulted in the Upper Moreland Police Department conducting a Traffic Study. Email the completed form to umpd@uppermoreland.org, or fax it to 215-659-1603. While you are away the Upper Moreland Police Department will check your premises as often as commitments allow.
