The Vision of the Upper Moreland Police is to establish and maintain a safe community by employing the best possible police services and resources with compassion, integrity and pride. The Upper Moreland Police will accomplish this level of service through the superior and continuous training and education of its officers on the most current and modern equipment and technology available to law enforcement agencies, and by implementation and adherence to the agencies core values:

Please note that you may remain anonymous, however, if you choose to do so we will be hampered in our ability to elicit additional information from you that might aid us in attaining a long-term solution to this problem. Consequently, your anonymity may compromise the efficacy of our efforts to resolve the problem in a satisfactory manner.
The Upper Moreland Township Police Benevolent Association (UMTPBA) is a non-profit organization which was formed in late 1997 by the sworn officers of Upper Moreland Police.
