The Administration Building located at 117 Park Avenue, Willow Grove, PA 19090 is open weekdays from 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. However, department hours will vary. Please visit their website page for their hours of operation.

Some holidays may fall on a weekend day, therefore the Township will observe the holiday either the Friday before (if the holiday lands on Saturday) or the Monday after (if the holiday lands on a Sunday).
There are seven Commissioners in Upper Moreland Township. To find your Commissioner, you may contact the Township Manager's office at 215-659-3100 or view the Ward Map and find your street. The seven Wards are separated by the red lines and numbers. The Board of Commissioner's page on our website lists all the Commissioners, their respective Wards and their e-mail address.

The Board of Commissioners welcomes resumes and letters of interest from residents who wish to serve as a volunteer member of Township committees, authorities and commissions.
